Returns are available upon request only and must be made within 15 business days from the date of shipment. Any product or packaging that has been used or opened is not returnable except for in the event the product or packaging was damaged in transit.

Luxe Medical Group will never ship opened, used, refurbished or damaged goods. In the event a return is requested due to goods or packaging arriving damaged caused in transit, we will provide a full refund after a physical inspection of the product in question.

Returns that have been approved will result in a full refund after proper inspection of the product, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees, which will be determined by vendor or manufacturer policy.

IV Vitamins and RX products are non-returnable unless goods are damaged and/or deemed not usable due to poor handling or other unforeseen events. Refunds will only be issued after thorough investigation.
