Account Activation:

  • All new customers are required to complete an account verification form to activate their account. Instructions will be sent via email upon account creation.
  • Proper medical licensing is required to purchase RX and other select product categories on our website. For questions regarding licensing, please contact us directly.
  • Note: Orders will not ship until this verification process is completed and the account is activated successfully.
Shipping Information & Rates:
  • All orders ship within 48-72 hours (certain restrictions apply).
  • Inventory is subject to manufacturer availability.
  • We encourage you to contact us directly to confirm product availability prior to ordering, especially if your order is urgent.
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request only and must be coordinated directly with a representative.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions of each order.
  • If you select a "Custom Rate" shipping option at checkout, you will be billed the additional amount for associated shipping costs which will be reflected on your final invoice for each order.
  • Custom Rate shipping fees will be auto billed to the same payment method used to complete the account verification form.

Taxes & Tax Exempt Customers:
  • Taxes are calculated based on each individual state's regulatory sales tax rate and will be billed together with applicable shipping charges to the payment method used at checkout once your order ships.
  • If you are tax exempt, please submit supportive documentation to our team upon submitting your account application.
  • An itemized invoice will be provided after an order has shipped detailing each charge accordingly.

Expedited Shipments:

  • All expedited shipment requests are processed by the next business day and are auto billed to the original payment method used to complete checkout.
  • If your order is urgent, please call us directly to ensure proper order fulfillment.
  • Expedition requests made after 2:00 PM EST will process the next business day.
